The Education Scholarship is designed to assist students with a bleeding disorder (or parents, spouse or siblings if additional funding is available) with tuition assistance as they pursue their education at an accredited, not-for-profit college, university or vocational/technical school. Students must reside in the state of Wisconsin or receive care at one of the Wisconsin Hemophilia College Bound Listserv. Join the College Bound listserv. GLHF College Bound Scholarship Scholarships are offered to individuals and families affected by a bleeding disorder. It is the Foundation’s goal that those living with bleeding disorders have access to educational opportunities that will enhance their lives and prepare them to become self sufficient and productive members of the work force. Part of GLHF’s mission is to educate the bleeding disorders community about opportunities and information that can benefit them and impact their lives. Parents and spouses are also eligible for this scholarship. Applications are accepted throughout the year. As part of the College Bound sign-up process, students pledge to: Graduate from a Washington State high school or approved home school program with a cumulative 2.0 GPA or higher.
